Grand Junction City Councilor Duncan McArthur announced his bid for re-election on Monday, vowing to use a second full term to address the city's chronic homeless problem, tackle drainage issues and make it as easy as possible for businesses to invest in the community. Dubbing his bid the "Love the Community" campaign, the District E representative announced his decision to run again in front of a handful of people in the City Hall auditorium.
