The first results in the GOP primary race for Mesa County Commissioner in District 1 show that current Commissioner John Justman will likely be the nominee in the fall general election. With nearly 19,000 votes cast, Justman leads businessman John Davis, 59 percent to 41 percent in initial vote tallies.
