Banning the public from a courtroom for the second time in less than a week, a Mesa County magistrate Monday agreed to a personal-recognizance bond in the case of a Palisade teenager accused of gun threats against Mount Garfield Middle School. Shauntelle Wilson, 13, who was held without bond since her arrest Dec. 15, was expected to be released upon signing out of Grand Mesa Youth Services Center after Magistrate Kevin Kennedy ordered a $2,000 co-signed personal-recognizance bond.
