Officers with the GJPD found over 500 marijuana plants and other growing materials in two separate locations leading to the arrest of two men believed to be running the operation. 49-year-old Yougui Xiang and 47-year-old Youju Xiang were arrested Sunday, both on charges of cultivation of more than 30 marijuana plants.
