A 2012 Fruita Monument High School graduate and Grand Junction native is serving with a U.S. Navy helicopter squadron that flies the Navy's newest and most technologically-advanced helicopter, the MH-60R Sea Hawk. Airman Trent Schulthies is an aviation structural mechanic with the "Wolf Pack" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 75, based out of San Diego, Calif.
