This is the possible legal fight brewing ahead of next week's multi-day court battle to decide Blagg's potential freedom ahead of a yet-to-be-scheduled retrial on charges related to the November 2001 death of his wife, Jennifer. Public defenders Tina Fang, Elise Myer and Scott Troxell on Friday filed a motion arguing Blagg, who is currently held at the Mesa County Jail, should be allowed to appear at next week's bond hearing wearing civilian clothing as opposed to jail garb.
