Mesa County commissioners on Monday granted permission for Clifton Water District to install a permanent water line to service the nearly two-year-old Colorado Law Enforcement Training Center on East Orchard Mesa ahead of planned expansions to the center. The line would run between 32 Road near its intersection with U.S. Highway 50 and the training center at 116 32 Road.
