A 45-year-old woman who was on probation when she was accused of pulling the trigger of an unloaded gun while pointing it at a man during a Christmas Day tussle faces a felony menacing charge. Leslie Ann Gustamantes was arrested Dec. 25 after the man told Mesa County sheriff's deputies that "he would be dead" if the gun had been loaded during the altercation, which occurred in a garage in the 51400 block of Colorado Highway 330, according to an affidavit for Gustamantes' arrest.
