William Ray Ross, 62, received a personal recognizance bond from Mesa County Court Judge Craig Henderson on Friday, relating to a May incident of alleged drunken driving. This came despite what prosecutors said are Ross' seven prior DUI/DWAI convictions, including incidents in 1998, 2006, 2008 and 2014.
