A Clifton man was jailed Sunday on multiple counts related to a shooting incident near a park adjacent to Rocky Mountain Elementary School on D¾ Road. Andrew Cassi Baca, 18, allegedly shot himself in the leg while running away from police in the park, according to an arrest affidavit.
