A judge on Monday hiked the bond of a Grand Junction man suspected of stabbing another man to death last week after prosecutors suggested they will file a first-degree murder charge in the case. Mesa County Court Judge Gretchen Larson increased the bond for Terrance Eugene Richardson, 21, from $250,000 cash to $1 million cash after Assistant District Attorney Rich Tuttle said he is "seriously considering" bumping up to a more serious charge.
