A 42-year-old Grand Junction man repeatedly told a sheriff's deputy to shoot him during a confrontation in the 500 block of Fruitvale Court on Friday night, according to law enforcement reports. Eric Alan Ludwick was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule I/II controlled substance and third-degree assault.
