Crime Stoppers of Mesa County is seeking the public's help in identifying the subject who stole a moped sometime between Aug. 27-28 in the 1200 block of Elm Avenue. The 2014 silver and blue-colored Tao Tao CY50 Moped had a missing left-side mirror and a large VIP sticker in the back.
