From a tidy lawn rimmed with roses, tiger lilies and petunias, to a row of honeysuckle lining the fence, Michael and Linda Barley's yard is pristine. Despite the years it took the Orchard Mesa couple to landscape their property, put in a driveway and build their wooden deck, the Barleys haven't been able to enjoy their yard in years.
