A 20-year-old Longmont woman visiting Mesa County for Country Jam picked up a potential felony assault charge Thursday night after she was arrested on suspicion of hitting a deputy in the face and being a minor in possession of alcohol. Alivia Lopez was "visibly intoxicated" when Mesa County sheriff's deputies approached her at Country Jam at 11:30 p.m. Thursday in Mack, according to an arrest affidavit.
