A 13-year-old boy at Redlands Middle School was suspended last week and faces juvenile charges for allegations of dealing marijuana-infused brownies to students at school. The boy at the center of the case was issued a juvenile petition Tuesday for suspicion of distribution of more than 2 ounces of marijuana concentrate, as well as possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana concentrate, following an investigation that started Jan. 15, according to a Mesa County Sheriff's Office incident report.
