Economic leaders in valley: Announcement is big victory

Thanks to a collaboration of local economic development entities and the state's Office of Economic Development and International Trade, Mesa County will be the first area in the state to roll out alluring tax incentives for new business. Already, three businesses, including Colorado Clean, TSW Analytics and ProStar Geocorp, have started the application process into the Rural Jump-Start Zone.
