Paul Pitton was sworn in Monday to his seat on the District 51 School Board ahead of a Colorado Supreme Court case over his residency next week. This comes after nearly two months of legal wrangling after it was discovered that pitton used an outdated map to determine he lived in District B, turns out he lived in District D. Injunctions filed locally to kick him off the ballot failed, and he won the election in a landslide.
