The Mesa County Sheriff's Office reported that last night about 11:30 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the railroad tracks and 33 Road area in Clifton, on a report of a train hitting a person trespassing on the track. Deputies then located an adult man who had been hit by the train and did not survive.
