The Mesa County Sheriff's Office says one person is dead after a hunting accident Sunday morning on the Grand Mesa. In a release Sunday the Sheriff's Office said they received a call through dispatch at around 8:30 a.m. about a hunter being shot near the Big Creek Campground on the Grand Mesa.
