Mesa County prosecutors Tuesday filed the county's first felony charge targeting repeat alcohol- or drug-impaired drivers in Colorado. District Judge Valerie Robison also denied a requested bond reduction for 36-year-old Misti Favorite of Clifton, who potentially faces her ninth impaired-driving conviction in Colorado after being formally charged Tuesday with felony DUI and misdemeanor driving with a revoked license.
