Redlands United Methodist Church Practical Solutions, in conjunction with the Mesa County Sheriff's Department, will sponsor a Child Safety 101 event at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church, 527 Village Way. The free class for primary school students will cover biking/walking to school, car seat safety, dealing with strangers and dealing with bullies.
