Chad Thomas, 40, was arrested Friday at 3020 N. Moorland Circle after deputies received a report that he was observed in his backyard pacing and yelling religious statements, according to the Mesa County Sheriff's Office. Thomas told deputies he had smoked "a ton of weed" and later admitted to smoking methamphetamine.
