Colorado Legal Services Title III Senior Citizen Legal Assistance Program and The Pro Bono Project of Mesa County will host a free legal clinic on Grandparent Rights in Colorado, from 911:30 a.m. July 28, at the Grand Junction City Hall Auditorium, 250 N. Fifth St. Attorney Rich Lane, from law firm Younge & Hockensmith, will present on the difference between grandparent visitation and parental responsibilities , standing issues and procedures to secure these rights. The bodies of 41-year-old Jeffery Beard and 14-year-old Cameron Beard, both of Colorado Springs, were found in their tent south of the Maroon Bells parking lot Wednesday morning.
