Council got bad advice on Englehart's contract Having attended the Grand Junction City Council Monday meeting, I appreciate that the council members found themselves between a "rock and hard place" in accepting former City Manager Englehart's conditional resignation. As Councilor Marty Chazen stated, the severance package for Mr. Englehart was "as good as it was going to get."
