The Delta City Council has decided to continue its search for a new city manager, passing over three finalists whose names had been made public for the position, including current Glenwood Springs City Manager Jeff Hecksel. Hecksel said Thursday that he knew he was no longer being considered for the position before the Delta council issued a news release that afternoon announcing its decision.
