An Orchard Mesa man who authorities believe was at the top of a methamphetamine ring in Mesa County, supplied by members of the Bandidos motorcycle club in Denver, signed off on a plea agreement Wednesday calling for a 24-year prison term. Stephen Blake, 24, who court records say was known by the moniker "Pain," as evidenced by that same word tattooed in 6-inch block letters in the back of Blake's shaved head, pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy to distribute more than 112 grams of meth.
