Colorado Legal Services Senior Assistance Program and Mesa County Pro Bono Project will present a free legal clinic on "Protecting Yourself from Consumer Fraud, Identity Theft, and Elder Abuse" from 9:3011 a.m. June 23, at the Grand Junction City Hall Auditorium, 250 N. Fifth St. Danielle Schuster, Consumer Protection Advocate, and Paralegal for 21st Judicial District Attorney Office, will present tips and tools on how to protect yourself so that you don't become a victim. Each year, The Denver Post Community Foundation and Ride the Rockies, supported by Wells Fargo, select one Colorado nonprofit in each of the towns hosting Ride the Rockies that year and give those nonprofits a check for $5,000 apiece.
