A Clifton man is accused of sneaking heroin and methamphetamine into the Mesa County jail in his rectum on Saturday evening as deputies booked him on drug distribution charges. Charles Mosby, 54, was first contacted by deputies during a traffic stop before he was arrested on suspicion of the distribution charges.
