Two men Tuesday received citations from the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, after one of the men was alleged to have shot a number of pigeons from a moving car. Devon Bova, 18, is alleged to have been a passenger in a silver Kia with Texas license plates that was reported in the area of 32 1/2 and D roads, and had been "shooting pidgeons off a power line from the car with a scoped rifle," according to an incident report.
