Grand Valley third-graders will have an opportunity to learn about the high desert ecosystem around them this week at an educational scavenger hunt in McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area. The annual scavenger hunt invites students from School District 51 to learn about nature, the environment and the cultural history of Mesa County's desert landscape.
