The Mesa County Sheriff's Office shines a spotlight on drug use in the Valley, outlining six arrests made over the span of a week that all involved some sort of illegal use of drugs. Chronologically beginning on April 29th, sheriff's deputies contacted two adult males in the 2900 block of B 1/2 Road in a truck with two juvenile females, ages 14 and 17. 35-year-old Bobby Romero was allegedly allowing one of the juveniles to drive the truck, and was subsequently arrested for allowing an unlicensed person to drive, harboring a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
