Voters can expect some deja vu from 2012 on the November 2016 ballot now that both incumbent Mesa County commissioners John Justman and Rose Pugliese have confirmed they will run for re-election. Justman filed his campaign paperwork Jan. 15 but waited to publicly announce his candidacy until Monday, when he spoke at the Mesa County Republican Women's luncheon at Two Rivers Convention Center.
