The Mesa County Sheriff's Office arrested a 37-year-old Illinois man on I-70 Tuesday night after deputies found 84 pounds of marijuana in a van he was driving. Peter Vercillo, of Naperville, Illinois, was contacted at mile marker 12 near Loma on I-70 at around 6:00 p.m. on March 31st.
