Colorado has no statute of limitations for pressing a contempt case for juror misconduct, but that doesn't mean constitutional rights are violated by prosecuting a woman who served on Michael Blagg's 2004 murder trial, a senior Mesa County prosecutor argued in a court filing. Chief Deputy District Attorney Dan Rubinstein made the argument in a response filed Wednesday, which concerned a motion to dismiss filed last week by a lawyer for Orchard Mesa resident Marilyn Charlesworth.
