County Attorney Patrick Coleman wrote a notice of intent to sue the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service over their designation of the Gunnison Sage Grouse as an endangered species. The commissioners agreed to sign the letter today which argues the classification could impact energy development and agriculture where the grouse lives.
