A man wanted on arrest warrants, who is possibly armed, is still at-large today after fleeing a traffic stop and attempting to steal a vehicle Tuesday night, the Mesa County Sheriff's Office said. Matthew "Ryan" Stauter, 30, has distinctive tattoos around the neck but no facial hair.
