A 13-year-old middle school girl, already facing felony drug charges for allegedly passing out prescription pills during a District 51 drug treatment program, is being charged again on suspicion of passing out pills on school grounds. According to the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, Serenity Valencia already was facing felony drug charges for distributing pills including forms of morphine and Oxycodone to at least four other students during the District 51 Pathways program, 2523 F Road, on Jan. 12. The latest incident occurred Jan. 28 at Mount Garfield Middle School, 3475 Front St., when the girl allegedly passed out more prescription medications to students.
