The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Monday that the family of a 2001 murder victim has the right to be present in court and weigh in when a judge sets bond for accused killer Michael Blagg. The justices' ruling overturns Mesa County Chief District Judge David Bottger's decision in September to set Blagg's bond at $500,000 with little input from the attorneys in the case and none from Jennifer Blagg's family.
