A man accused of bank robberies in Glenwood Springs, Clifton and Colorado Springs in 2012 is in plea negotiations aimed at resolving all of the cases. Cynthia Jones, the defense attorney for Mark Osterloo, informed 9th Judicial District Court Judge James Boyd of the plea negotiations this morning in explaining her request to delay a motions hearing that was scheduled for today in the Glenwood Springs case.
