According to Colorado State Patrol a car was pulled over by a trooper in the parking lot of Freeway Bowl and Lounge in Grand Junction just after midnight Sunday when the trooper noticed an altercation going on nearby. As he tried to stop the fight he was tackled by 34 year old Kyle Crowe.
