Lindsey Pallares joined the KKCO News Team in March of 2014, and couldn't be more excited to make the beautiful Western Slope her new home! Before the start of each school year, District 51 has a special committee review the subject matter and material for each grade level and age group. There have been no major issues with censorship here in Mesa County, and school administrators are working to give their students a comprehensive view of history.
